The BKA Talent Database is an exclusive, curated online showcase designed to highlight the incredible talent of our Broadway Kids Auditions performers with the industry at large!

Each performer receives a custom-designed professional profile — complete with photos, videos, and personalized branding — plus a unique shareable link that can be used for social media, submissions, and personal promotion.

This digital hub connects BKA talent and industry professionals in one easy-to-access space — beautifully organized, visually consistent, and ready to share with a single click.

BKA will SHARE our database monthly with at least 30 industry professionals via email. This database will also allow BKA to share artist profiles when the industry reaches out about certain projects.

After you purchase, you will download a PDF that gives you the login information into the Homebase to start the process of creating the Talent Database. The PDF is available to download for 24 hours after purchase.

IMPORTANT: To keep this an exclusive service, we require that you must have done at least two coaching sessions or one full intensive to a part of the BKA Talent Database. If you have questions about being a part of the database, feel free to email us HERE.

* You MUST register for the Database by the 15th of the month for your profile to be active by the 1st of the next month. If you register after the 15th, your profile will not be active until the next round of postings. Payments will be adjusted to reflect this. BKA will send you a subscription link in a separate email once you purchase this initial set up fee + first month. You are required to fill out all necessary forms for BKA to create your profile.

The BKA Talent Database connects young performers directly to casting directors, agents, and industry professionals — all in one easy-to-access place.
No more searching for headshots, resumes, reels, social media, or links.
Your performer will have one polished, professional portfolio link that can be shared anytime.

Our goal:
To become the go-to industry source for discovering the next generation of young talent in:

This database is password-protected and accessible only to trusted industry professionals.

💫 How It Works

  1. You register & submit materials (headshots, resume, media links, etc.).

  2. BKA designs your custom profile page using your selected template + color palette.

  3. Your performer is added to the industry-facing, password-protected database.

  4. Each month, we send the updated database to a curated list of up to 30 casting directors, talent agents, and managers.

    • They can view profiles anytime using their industry login.

    • You can also share your child’s personal profile link with anyone you choose.

⏱ Timeline
After registration and payment, you can download a flyer that will give you login info. Once you login to the Database there will be a form you need to fill out.
Profile creation and edits can take up to three weeks.

$29.99/month + $49.99 one-time setup fee

Includes:

  • Choice of 3 professional profile templates

  • Choice of 3 curated brand palettes

  • Up to 10 photos in your artist gallery

  • Up to 3 media links

  • 1 monthly makeover/update
    (up to three changes, such as new headshots, updated reel link, or revised credits)

  • Your own custom performer link (great for submissions & reps!)

  • Included in the password-protected BKA Industry Talent Database, emailed monthly to professionals

🔔 Billing & Activation

Registration occurs during the first week of each month.

Example:

  • Register + pay setup fee on November 5 ($79.99)

  • Your profile becomes active December 1

  • Monthly billing begins on January 1 (29.99)

  • You must cancel by the 25th of the month for the following month.

  • No refunds for any months that you’re on the database.

Disclaimer: While BKA actively circulates the database and responds to industry requests, participation in the database does not guarantee auditions, bookings, representation offers, or castings.

Any feedback you receive will come directly from BKA, not from agents, managers, or casting directors, since the database is intended for their review only. Our goal is to help every student continue to grow, refine their materials, and be prepared when opportunities arise.
